thin walls outdated bathroom
The room i got was not great. The walls seemed thin. i could hear everything happening next door. the bathroom was also a disappointment! it had an old bathtub instead of a shower. it felt outdated. I was expecting better.

Excellent Location And Friendly Staff!

The location? Absolutely great! It's like, everything you wanna see is just around the corner. I totally loved how clean my room was and I liked that the staff were really nice and helpful! The bed felt super comfortable, I slept like a baby!
The room I had? Yeah, it was a bit on the small side, I must say.

The breakfast selection included many options and drinks, I found a wide variety of foods offered each morning. I really enjoyed the breakfast experience and how the staff maintained the buffet area. It was always clean, I always found things restocked.

The hotel's interiors had a very complete design, I thought all decorations and design choices fitted together very well. The hotel provided a very good sized wardrobe to store my clothes. I also liked that the bathroom was marbled.

The hotel is in the heart of everything, so it is close to the central market! Plus, the National Ceramic Museum is basically next door, I had no problem accessing all the local spots. Food shops were also around the corner.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions! I had to extend my stay and the reception were helpful when doing that. I had no issues at all, it was very easy.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
shower design noise issue
the bathroom had issues. the shower design caused water to spill all over the floor. there was also a problem with noise. i could clearly hear conversations from the room next door, especially annoying late at night. these issues detracted from an otherwise acceptable stay.

scuff marks unsecured dispenser
the breakfast offered a wide selection it was quite satisfactory
the room i was assigned had noticeable scuff marks on the walls the soap dispenser in the shower was not properly secured this gave an impression of neglect the lounge area was closed for a private function thus limiting seating options

unbearable noise limited breakfast selection
the hotel location was acceptable and close to transport.
the room, a 'superior double', wasnt superior at all. the noise early in the morning was unbearable as i can hear everything and i got a distinct lack of sleep. the breakfast selection was limited, i expected more for a four-star hotel.
